About Us
Myar Pahad – Soch Se Sikhar Tak
Myar Pahad was not just another ‘ Let’s do this when we grow up’ conversation you have with your childhood friend but a dream that turned into reality. It all started with a shared vision by two pahadi friends, ‘दगडी,’ and today, they are here to make your adventure dreams come true, too.
Coming from the roots of the Himalayas, mountains have been close to us. And we are here with our vision to build a travel and trekking brand that makes you feel like you belong here and makes you forget all the chaos you have in your head. Whether you are looking for a beginner-level fun adventure or a challenging trekking experience, we have it all.

Where Passion Meets the Peaks
For us, Mountains have been more than just reaching summits. They have been our teacher, our toughest challenges, and heart to our greatest stories. But mountains and us, this was meant to be more, more than just a bond.
It all started with a simple weekend hike and not some grand expedition. And this one step led to an obsession for life. A calling from the mountains, the crisp air, the boots walking through the toughest paths, touching the dirt, and pushing all the limits.
As we both ( Saurabh & Aruna) grew older and had certain responsibilities, this dream settled like dust on our reality. We were lost in the hustle of daily life, and our dreams were shattered in between the corporate ‘bhaag daud’.
One fine day, we met over chai. We started to have this conversation about how the old days used to be and how much we have come ahead in life. But still, something was missing, and without any hesitation, I asked her,’ Kab tak ye aise he chalta rahega, kab ta aise time waste karenge ish boring si job mein?. And this brought in a topic that we both loved forever,’ Hiking, Trekking and Traveling’, that was how we gave birth to an idea that soon grew up to be MYAR PAHAD.
Because, Pahad hamari jaan cha, ar Myar Pahad hamro garv or pehchan cha.
(The mountains are our soul, and Myar Pahad is our pride and identity)
We knew it was not something that you wake up one day and decide to do and leave it. We knew our families would hold us back on this certain decision, and this was something you have to do every day, wake up and show up to work for it. We were so inspired by our idea and wanted to create something for people to help them find their escape, where they could be part of the wild from closer and get to experience this feeling themselves. And in the end, even our families couldn’t stand in front of our dreams and backed us up, ( It was a win-win)
Our vision was simple: to create a space for everyone, new or experienced, whether you’re taking your first step or your hundredth, you can feel the raw, untouched magic of the Himalayas. We wanted people to feel it all the wild, the freshness, the Thandak while walking through the Bugyals, drinking the fresh water from naulas, that no city could ever offer.
There are experiences and feelings in mountains that even words can’t capture, the moments so pure, so sacred, and still. It’s a deep connection between nature and the soul. And only a few fortunate ones get to witness them.
As the timeless Pahadi lyrics say:
ये संध्या झूली ऐ छ
भगिवाना नीलकण्ठा हिमाला
अब संध्या झूली गे छ
भगिवाना धौलीगंगा का छाला
(The evening has arrived, swaying
At Lord Neelkanth Himalaya
Now the evening has settled
At the banks of Dhauliganga)
Trekking does not just take you to new places, but it brings out the best within you and introduces you to your undiscovered self. It changes you as a person, it changes you in many ways; it introduces you to new places, new opportunities, new people, new stories. It helps you discover yourself.
So, lace up your boots, dagariyon ( Dost/ Friends), and take your first step with us.
